How much time do I need to spend?

It is totally up to you and your mentor. Please discuss your preferences and availabilities with your mentor. Your mentor will try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible.

Which online platform do I need to use?

Please discuss with your mentor and select the platform that is suitable for both of you.

How long will it take after my application submission to start my lessons?

It depends on the availabilities of both you and your mentor. Your mentor will contact you to have an introductory session.

Could I select my mentor?

Please let us know if you have any preferences regarding the mentor. We will try to match mentor according to your preference but cannot guarantee.

What happens if I need to change the lesson schedule?

Please contact your mentor at your earliest convenience and find out a time that works for both of you.

What do I need to do if I need to cancel my lessons?

If for any reason you cannot or do not want to continue, please explain to the mentor or contact us.

I am interested in the lessons but do not have smartphone/laptop/internet.

Although the basic tools (smartphone/laptop/internet) are your responsibilities, we may be able to support you from time to time depending on our funds. Please contact us with your needs.

Could I participate with a friend for the same lesson?

Please discuss with your mentor. The decision of the mentor is final.

শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রোগ্রামে উপস্থিতির জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ থাকতে হবে। অনুপস্থিতি বা প্রতি মাসে সময়সূচী পরিবর্তনের জন্য একাধিক অনুরোধ ভবিষ্যতের পাঠ বাতিলের কারণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হতে পারে।
