At Aurpon, we link passionate mentors, typically Non-resident Bangladeshis, with eager learners in Bangladesh, fostering growth through simple, modern connections.

Our Mission
Why the need

Bangladesh has a vibrant youth population, eager to improve the condition of self and family. Unfortunately, most of the youth in Bangladesh do not have access to skills which are valuable in today’s world. The youth of Bangladesh are bright, ambitious, and eager to learn and improve skills.

This platform creates a bridge to connect those youths with people who has a desire to help.

Give 30 minutes a week. Change a life!

Aurpon (অর্পণ) is a Bangla word meaning offering or giving. Experience the joy of giving to others!

Mentor creates an online profile sharing area they want to teach in and their preferred availability

How It Works

Mentee creates an online profile informing what skill area they want to improve on and their preferred time/day for sessions

Aurpon makes the best match and then connects the mentor and mentee

Mentor and mentee connect with each other by smart phones/computers and available online platforms (eg; WhatsApp, Zoom, GoogleMeet). It's important to have video on during sessions

Each session is typically 30-60 minutes long, meeting once a week, lasting from 4 to 12 weeks

I feel so lucky to have access to my experienced mentor in the USA.
